  16.           This page documents the version of Sgm that accompanies
  17.           Motif 1.2.

  20.           This man pages describes new resources added to the Motif
  21.           Scale widget by SGI. To get these resources you need to
  22.           #define __sgi in your application.

  28.           The following table defines a set of widget resources used
  29.           by the programmer to specify data.  The programmer can also
  30.           set the resource values for the inherited classes to set
  31.           attributes for this widget.  To reference a resource by name
  32.           or by class in a .Xdefaults file, remove the XXXXmmmmNNNN or XXXXmmmmCCCC
  33.           prefix and use the remaining letters.  To specify one of the
  34.           defined values for a resource in a .Xdefaults file, remove
  35.           the XXXXmmmm prefix and use the remaining letters (in either
  36.           lowercase or uppercase, but include any underscores between
  37.           words).  The codes in the access column indicate if the
  38.           given resource can be set at creation time (C), set by using
  39.           XXXXttttSSSSeeeettttVVVVaaaalllluuuueeeessss (S), retrieved by using XXXXttttGGGGeeeettttVVVVaaaalllluuuueeeessss (G), or is
  40.           not applicable (N/A).

  75.                     Specifies the way the slider shows the current
  76.                     value.  This can take on the values XmSLIDER, the
  77.                     default, meaning that the slider moves back and
  78.                     forth within the trough to show the value; and
  79.                     XmTHERMOMETER, meaning that the slider is anchored
  80.                     to one end of the trough and it grows and shrinks
  81.                     to show the value.
